Established in 1997 by Jacqueline Kwan, KLC has evolved from a modest arts and crafts hub in Kowloon Tong to a renowned institution with two centers, including a branch on Hong Kong Island. In 2021, KLC was honored with the Hong Kong Most Outstanding Business Award for Best Children’s English Language Education Centre . In 2022, KLC received Asia’s Most Valuable Companies in Hong Kong Award for Most Reliable and Innovative English Language Centre. At the heart of KLC's success is Director and Principal, Miss Sherina. With 18 years of dedicated service, Miss Sherina has been instrumental in shaping the center's curriculum and mentoring students. Her expertise in speech coaching has prepared hundreds of students for the Hong Kong Speech Festival, leading to numerous accolades. In recognition of her contributions, she was awarded the Asia Outstanding Recitation Instructor Award - Champion. I was cooking since I was 12 years old, alongside my late Father, Mohan Harilela. My family ran restaurants, so I was always sneaking into the kitchens and eating everything I could get my hands on. Since a very young age, I have always had a passion for food, as I was constantly surrounded by it. So I decided to go to Hotel Management School Les Roches in Switzerland for some formal education.
